I base my ratings on restaurants that cater to what it's customers want, not based on some savvy dining magazine, and also based on other restaurants of the same genre within a 10-mile or so radius. First off, for a place this busy the staff keeps it as clean as possible, and as often as they can. And the people at the hot grill like to give a show. I am totally addicted to the Big Kahuna. Think of it as a Philly Cheesesteak on Capsaicin. I keep wanting to try new cold subs when I come in, but this one screams "Hey bud, don't shy away from your fave hot Sammy!" I've spent a lot of time working on the East Coast, and there isn't anything close to a true Philly Cheesesteak, but for the money I'd say come here and give this a shot. The subs-in-a-tub offer a great alterative for people on a low-carb or glutten-free lifestyle (they pack more veggies into the tubs than they do the Sandwiches). i've never eaten one, but I've seen them go out. They are HUGE! Think of the tubs as a huge meat-lovers salad. They leave customer experience cards at each table. I had many favorable things to say about this restaurant. My only complaint was that the C&W music over the intercom was way too loud to enjoy my meal, or enjoy the conversation with my co-diners. They sent me an apology and a coupon for a free sub. The next time I came in the music was turned down very low. How many other fast food restaurants do that? It goes with all restaurants that the ownership/management can make or break a place. In this case they appear to listen to the customer. Kudos to Mike's! I will be back!! Glad to see that a chain restaurant wants to please everyone. Thanks for listening to your customers! Chad.

I like Jersey Mikes. It was actually my first place I stopped at when I moved here last year. We checked in to the hotel and found that they were giving away free subs and went to see what it was all about. The staff here always seems friendly. There was a time I came in and an employee was more interested in her cell phone than taking care of my order. Glad to see she is no longer there. They always keep this place clean, even when it's busy. I normally don't wait longer than 10 minutes from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. Not bad for a chain restaurant.

The staff is rude. They don't know how to answer any of your questions about the menu. They always seem in a hurry to get you out of the store. The food is very overpriced. Go to Subway, the people are nicer and you can get the same thing at a better price.

Best subs in town Philly cheesesteak is amazing as well as the original itialian staff is very friendly and fast and clean gotta get it mikes way !!

This Jersey Mike's location is usually always pretty good, though the tomatoes were a little soggy today. I orders the #8 and you can't come here without getting your sub done Mikes Way. The oils, seasoning and vinegar separate the did from all the others. Though, I'll say that the bread could be of better quality. Mikes Way Wednesday will always be a usual for me.

I came to visit OKC and was in a mood for a sandwich. Since I always travel for business, I like to support the mom and pop shops around. However, I was not able to find any with decent or even good reviews on Yelp. I have heard of Jersey Mike's before, but never tried them. So with a few decent comments, I ventured in. First impression was that this place was very clean. Even after the lunch crowd had come and gone, this place was cleaned very well. I was greeted by the employee as I looked at the menu on the wall. I placed my order for a giant #5. When I go to a franchise sandwich place, I pay close attention to how the employee makes the sandwich. I have been in too many Subway's and Port-of-Subs where they just "throw" the meat on there. I dislike this method as it shows that they really don't care about presentation while the customer watches. You might think, "It's just a sandwich," but if they can't make a sandwich right, what makes you think they are doing other things right. So the employee, to my dismay, was "throwing" the meat on there. That's too bad as this was my first experience in Jersey Mike's. Needless to say the sandwich was made Mike's way and the end product looked very appetizing. I ordered a combo and proceeded to the drink counter. I poured me a glass of sweet tea, however it wasn't very sweet. It was more watered down as it appeared considerably lighter in color than the unsweetened tea. All in all, the sandwich was very good and tasty. The tea I could look past as they had other drink choices. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a tasty sandwich, a clean environment, and a friendly staff.

Excellent sub sandwiches, great workers that are very friendly. The prices are little high, but I think its worth it. One suggestion is if you get it with vinegar and oil make sure you eat it right away because it will make your bread super soggy.

The workers are very friendly and talkative. Sometimes they even do tricks. Food is great. A little costly but worth the amount of food you get. They're smaller sub is very filling. I always suggest getting it Mike's Way.
